**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service Coordinator** based at our **Gepps Cross** Home Improvement Store**.**Reporting to the Store Manager, this position involves coordinating purchased products to be picked up by customers, ensuring that products are ready on time, every time.

This is a**part time/casual** role (approx. **20 - 30 hours** per week), working across **Monday to Friday** with a **rotating Saturday** roster.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and service customers, ensuring that orders are ready for pick up.
- Efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer
- Load customer vehicles according to the safety guidelines
- General housekeeping duties
- Move stock and finished goods around the facility safely
- Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
- Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs.
- Good communicator, both written and verbal.
- Competency with computer systems for the purpose of data entry and analysis.
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment within a team or at times individually.
- High risk forklift license is desirable, but not essential.
