About the role

Reporting into the Senior Initiatives Manager, this role is responsible for the successful delivery of initiatives through planning, design, delivery and continuous improvement to achieve intended business outcomes.

**You will also**:
Mobilise and brief the design and delivery team and set up appropriate cadences
Plan out design and delivery of respective streams of work in line with Medibank ways of working (BWOW)
Ensure the designs and key settings are delivery ready, with defined outcomes, experience and solutions that are endorsed by key stakeholders
Ensure appropriate governance is followed, with issues, risks, dependencies and trade-offs actively managed with appropriate escalations and resolutions as needed
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align objectives, deliver clear and timely communications and influence decision making towards the best outcomes for our customers and the business
Support the business with managing compliance obligations in accordance with the PHI compliance framework and operating procedures

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Your ability to build and manage multiple relationships with stakeholders will also see you succeed in this role.

You will also have experience in delivering business outcomes through initiatives with a background in a corporate, non profit or start up setting.
