Reporting to the** **Chief Medical Officer - Customer Group, you will be responsible for deepening Medibank’s understanding and engagement with the health of our member population and the population of Australia whilst also driving the success of strategic initiatives.

**This role will be accountable for**:

- Driving engagement across the Medibank enterprise with key insights into the health of our membership and the broader Australian population
- Facilitating the development, delivery and maintenance of Medibank’s Health of the Membership index
- Delivering insights to key external partners including corporate clients, university partners and others regarding the health of their people and populations
- Supporting the Chief Medical Officer - Customer in undertaking annual and quarterly planning including establishing and monitoring performance against objectives and key performance metrics
- Providing analytical and project support on key strategic health initiatives led by the Clinical Hub in partnership with other Hubs across Medibank
- Any other initiatives at the direction of the Chief Medical Officer - Customer (Clinical Hub lead)

**Now, who are you?**

Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou are degree qualified (in health related field) and might also have a post graduate degree.

You will have worked for a significant number of years in the health sector and have experience in population health.

You a strategic thinker and have a keen interest in data analytics and presenting health insights. You also have strong project management experience.

You might come from a management consulting background and have experience in agile ways of working.

In this truly flexible role, you could be based anywhere in Australia.
