**The Opportunity**

To support the Operational Assurance Team within Amplar Health, we are looking for an experienced and motivated **Operational Initiatives Coordinator** to join the team for 12 month secondment/fixed term contract. This full-time position offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of implementing key operational initiatives.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving/supporting and executing several critical projects that focus on improving education solutions, operational training, change management, and overall process enhancements. Your work will ensure that we meet and exceed quality and compliance standards while championing continuous improvement initiatives across the board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Operational Assurance Lead to**develop and implement compliance frameworks, ensuring service delivery teams adhere to contractual and licensing requirements, especially in areas like training, credentialing, and documentation.
- Scope, design, implement and review operational enhancements to support new programs and ongoing service delivery
- Lead and manage the successful rollout of key initiatives, working with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and lasting impact.
- Deliver training, change management and support through digital and F2F channels
- Drive continuous improvement through the identification, development, and embedding of new initiatives within the team.

**About You**

We are looking for a dynamic individual with **previous experience** in a similar role and a passion for driving change and operational excellence. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Your organisational skills shine when creating training materials or developing project plans. You are well versed in change manage principles and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Most importantly, you’re someone who embraces challenges and is eager to contribute to the successful implementation of new initiatives.
