Your role will focus primarily on being the first point of contact for the business on field force-related metrics and performance within Astellas AU.As a newly created position, this could be a career-positive move to evoke and implement necessary change. - Design, implement and maintain clear and usable SFE / omni-performance dashboards for sales leaders and sales representatives
- Perform various data mining activities, and analysis for sales management to facilitate identifying potential marketing opportunities, solve complex business challenges or support data-driven commercial decisions
- Lead the delivery of an effective and impactful sales force incentive process including plan design, input and output metric target setting, calculation and payment, while seeking opportunities to streamline and automate the process. This should be conducted in line with relevant policies and processes
- Support Business Solutions Specialist in ensuring CRM integrity including territory design, customer targets, MDM data accuracy etc
- Extensive experience in a Salesforce Effectiveness role, analyst or similar
- Knowledge of CRM and related systems
- Data scientist experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Basic proficiency in SQL is essential; Python is advantageous
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, with understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical market data sources
- Tertiary qualification in business or quantitative field data/analytics/statistics
- This is a permanent, full-time position
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia
