Responsible for delivering high quality training to enhance sales force capabilities and performance. The RTM works closely with APAC and country stakeholders, to ensure appropriate Surgical training strategy is implemented and executed at country level. This includes the implementation of standardized commercial skills training including technical as well as value based selling principles. Competitive messaging is embedded in each course and in line with life cycle of products.
- Be the main point of contact for Training for Alcon Surgical ANZ team.
- Ensure training execution in ANZ in alignment with ANZ leadership. Delivering the content for portfolio/trainings of responsibility or coordinating the execution with APAC Training team for the rest of the training curricula.
- In addition to the portfolio of their expertise, the RTM will be delivering Foundational Commercial Skills Trainings (i.e. 360 Selling Skills, Business Excellence).
- Main focus in terms of time dedication will be in ANZ.
- Main activities in ANZ include amongst others: delivery of standard Alcon Training Pathway Trainings, ad hoc trainings, foundational commercial skills, specific NSMs sessions, on-boarding for new joiners
- Provide support in Regional Trainings, when there is need and language abilities allow.
- Regularly do field visits to keep up to date on technology updates, competition and sales team challenges, skills and knowledge.

**Education**:
Bachelor degree in Business, Organizational Behaviour, Statistics, Science, or Health. Preferred MBA

Experience & Competencies:

- 3+ years of consistent high performing experience in Healthcare Sales and Marketing.
- Field Sales Management Experience preferred
- 3+ years technical and commercial training experience
