ABOUT THE COMPANY
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Vision Care team have an opening for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator in Sydney. In this role, you will provide co-ordination expertise to the sales and marketing function, ensuring the smooth operation of professional marketing events and managing healthcare compliance processes.
This position requires a strong background in office administration, exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, and excellent communication and project management abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage conference event management with industry bodies, including conference collateral management
- Coordinate healthcare compliance event documentation, including event setup and post-event documentation
- Manage professional marketing roadshow event management and international speaker logistics
- Handle purchasing process requirements, invoicing, purchase order management, and purchase system management
- Maintain financial and expense records, travel arrangements, and office supply ordering
- Support administrative components of compliance requirements, including copy clearance process and healthcare compliance
- Manage incoming communications, maintain calendars, and arrange meetings and events
**Qualifications**:
ABOUT YOU
- The ability to effectively manage projects and events, from inception to post event follow up.
- An extremely strong attention to detail.
- Sound organisational and time management skills, with good task prioritization;
- Problem solving skills and the desire to ‘own and resolve’ issues.
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills, with the desire to collaborate cross-functionally
