We are growing fast and looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to help shape and lead our brand, campaigns, and customer outreach strategies.

This role will require the strategic delegation and coordination of digital marketing channels and campaigns for Australian Venue Co. and its extensive portfolio of venues. You will be required to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives to drive venue sales and function targets, achieving optimal results.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated expertise in social advertising, content creation, and website CMS management. Pro ciency in SEM and SEO principles is required, with a strong focus on web analytics and conversion metrics to guide data-driven decision-making. The role will entail leading training initiatives and serving as a key point of contact for colleagues in the digital space, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.

Duties will include:

  • Advertising and campaigns to align with sales targets.
    Effectively highlighting the key features and bene- ts of products and services.
  • Managing the execution of advertising projects within set timelines and budgets.
  • Contributing to business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, goals, and initiatives.
  • Offering guidance on various aspects of marketing, including, advertising, promotions and sales techniques.
  • Tracking the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Evaluating data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms to assess effectiveness.

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum two years' experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies with strong financial acumen
  • Technical marketing and sales skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong copy writing skills
  • Strong understanding of how social media works in the context of marketing and the ability to drive social media and digital marketing
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Ability to multitask various responsibilities and projects
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Experience managing budgets and financial statement

Salary negotiation $70k- $90k depending on experience.
