Our client is Australia and New Zealand's leading experiential retailer, showcasing a variety of products, prestigious brands and international trends. Ranging from Fashion, Health, Beauty, Kitchen, Electronics, Homewares and Jewellery departments all from the comfort of your home, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinate the internal & external Promotions schedule
- Provide assistance and support in the execution of campaigns
- Assist with project & event coordination
- Assist with competitions, PR, press and customer events
- Assist with the collation and co-ordination of our product samples
- Provide outstanding admin support to the team

Skills & Experience:

- A flexible and adaptable work style.
- Tech savvy, with demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and zoom.
- Unfazed by, and excited to support a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
- Time management skills and the ability to manage your own time.
- A multitasker who thrives on deadlines
- Demonstrates initiative.
- The ability to forge connections and build relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.

The position will be located at the brands' Sydney Northern Beaches HQ.
