**About the Role**:
As part of the IT Infrastructure deployment team, the IT delivery technician is responsible to the IT Program Manager for the preparation and deployment of new IT End User hardware as instructed.
Requiring good, general all round IT technical knowledge the IT delivery technician will work as part of a team dedicated to a national deployment of technology across all states and territories in Australia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overall professional attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose any equipment issues reported and work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Co-ordination, preparation, and testing (staging) of applicable computer hardware, software, systems, and printers.
- Move, Adds and Changes for user accounts (as required) in conjunction with our client's outsourced partners.
- Working and communicating effectively under pressure
- Co-ordination and preparation of all related hardware for shipping.
- As part of a team, co-ordination and on-site installations as required.
- Updated and confirmation of all installed equipment into CMDB with relevant details.
- Other tasks as directed.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Industry accreditation and minimum of 3-5 years recent experience within IT & Service Desk related support.
- Excellent customer liaison ability
- Technical expertise in End User technologies, including PC's, Laptops, Point of Sale, Printers, Network devices, Microsoft Windows, etc.
- Must be able to travel interstate
- Previous exposure in remotely coordinating technical outcomes to the client
- Knowledge of basic network fault finding (LinkRunner), Network VLAN's/Segregation.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi & basic networking.
- Good Relationship Building Skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Australian Permanent Resident minimum
- Driver's License (Australian)
