We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Purchasing & Payments Officer to join the team

at our B9 Botany Paper Mill.

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and cost-effective purchasing of required materials and services for the Botany Mill site & maintenance staff.

This will include:

- Processing of purchase orders & expediting critical purchases
- Developing site financial reporting processes and managing the invoice payment process
- Managing SAP master data, site vendor records and material data
- Troubleshooting and resolving purchasing related system issues
- Developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships
- Developing continuous improvement projects, including streamlining processes and systems
- Performing market and vendor research for supplier selection including RFx processes and analysis
