**The opportunity**
Everyday Banking Tribe is responsible for development, distribution and serving of deposit products and payments. The purpose of this role is to work with product managers to plan and execute on funding targets including channel mix, product mix while constantly looking for opportunities to optimise. The role will also focus on Fixed Income Broker (FIB) Channel including discretionary pricing and broader FIB strategy.

**How you will make an impact**
- Forecast and monitoring of volume and margin for various deposit products
- Review of the pricing recommendations from product managers responsible for various products
- Assistance with pricing and product controls testing, and the remediation of incidents and issues
- Management of discretions
- Focus on Fixed Income Broker Channel to optimise key onboarding processes

**What you will bring to the role**
- 3- 5 years of experience in financial services with a proven track record in product management; deposit experience is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with sharp understanding of numbers
- Proficient in excel and various BI tools
- Knowledge of transfer pricing and liquidity risk
- Good understanding of compliance obligations in relation to deposits
- Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
