**About the role**
Working collaboratively with the Wellbeing Safety Coordinator and the broader HR Team, this role is responsible for ensuring a holistic approach to injury management is delivered across the Office.
With demonstrated experience in WHS and Workers Compensation you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide occupational rehabilitation advice, capability and support to management of Workers Compensation, Injury Management and Return to Work programs to drive early intervention, improve cost and duration of injuries and claims performance and coordinate return to work outcomes. Utilising your effective communication skills and problem solving skills, you will work closely with managers at all levels to identify and quantify significant injury management issues and develop strategies to address these.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or equivalent experience and relevant WorkCover 'Return to Work Coordinator' accreditation with a strong working knowledge of NSW WHS and Workers Compensation legislation
- Prior experience in Health Management, Workers Compensation, Occupational Rehabilitation, with proven stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills with effective partnering, influencing and negotiation skill.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to effectively coordinate and manage competing priorities.
- Enjoy building collaborative relationships, be a pragmatic thinker with sound judgement and have the ability to make prompt reliable decisions.
