About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Injury Management & Return to Work (RTW) Manager
to join a well-established national business. This is a key dual-role opportunity that combines hands-on injury management across NSW sites with broader responsibilities in site safety systems, incident management, and compliance.

This position would suit a confident, compassionate, and systems-savvy professional with a strong understanding of Workers' Compensation and RTW best practice, particularly within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

About You

  • 5–10 years' experience in Injury Management, Workers Compensation, or Rehabilitation
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of NSW and national Workers Compensation legislation
  • Experience with WHS systems, incident investigation and ISO standards
  • Confident managing complex cases with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
