**Infrastructure Directorate**
The Infrastructure Directorate is the City of Stirling’s largest and most diverse Directorate, managing many of the City’s important assets and services while delivering a multi-million-dollar portfolio of projects.
This Directorate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the City’s sustainability program, as well as contributing heavily to the City of Stirling’s vibrant local economy, liveable neighbourhoods and thriving communities.
**About the Position**
Join our dynamic Engineering Maintenance team as a Technical Admin Support, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. This position offers a unique blend of administrative and technical responsibilities, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact. You'll be the central point of contact, fostering consistency and support across our Maintenance teams, and driving innovative improvements. **Key Responsibilities**
The duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Lead customer service efforts, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and directing requests to the appropriate team members with a focus on positive outcomes
- Anticipate future needs and challenges, developing plans and proactive strategies
- Handle database management, report generation, and technical documents
- Prepare safety reports, confidential submissions, and strategic communications
- Drive innovation by proposing and implementing ideas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Engineering Maintenance team
- Act as the central contact between the four Maintenance teams, ensuring consistency and support
- Ensure the accurate recording and maintenance of Engineering asset information, including conducting site visits as necessary
- Champion safe working practices and actively participate in risk management
**About You**
- Post-secondary/tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management systems, databases, and MS Office suite.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.

This permanent full-time position is a Level 6 Inside Workforce Agreement position which attracts a salary from $85,751 - $90,264 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.

- A copy of Australian driving licence
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
- The right to work in Australia
