With a strong passion for delivering top-notch customer service, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers and promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret parts and specifications
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Promote special offers and discounts
- Arrange buy-ins and negotiate terms
- Process customer credits and refunds
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
