Senior Field Service Technician Job Description:

Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service by meeting and greeting customers in a professional manner.
  • Organize repairs and servicing according to customer requirements, including quoting and arranging deliveries.
  • Demonstrate and explain available goods and services to customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Manage daily billing, follow up with debtors regarding payments and purchase orders, and chase subcontractor invoices.
  • Record keeping of service reports and preventative maintenance, prepare weekly outstanding repair reports and maintenance updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative, assistant, or accounts roles, preferably with knowledge of customer service and product range.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate with colleagues and provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
  • English proficiency is essential, with bilingual or native speaker a plus but not essential.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is required, with experience with software Nexus/Aroflow an advantage.
