**About Us**:
Easychef is an established and growing food exporter that partners with supermarkets in Asia to quickly and efficiently procure and export iconic and on trend Australian products.

**Role**:
To co-ordinate our end to end supply chain in exports from food manufacturers to Asian retailers from purchasing, invoicing and accounts payable and receivable preparation.

If you are naturally organized and detailed, with an interest in logistics and international trade and a passion for customer service and administration, then we'd love to have you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prompt handing of customer inquiries
- Generate purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on deliveries
- Enter supplier bills into Recon accounting software
- Prepare end of month accounts payable
- Processing customer invoices into recon
- Prepare end of month customer statementes
- Work closely with team to drive sales and exceed customer expectation

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Intermediate computer skills in MS office particular excel
- Knowledge of Australian food brands
- Forklift licence or happy to get one
- Keen, capable, multi-tasker with a can-do friendly attitude.
