**About the role**:
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the operational and clinical teams at I-MED, to drive**sales revenue growth and increase market share by strengthening relationships and increasing referrals in Midland, Canning Vale, Cannington, Ellenbrook and Albany covering both Metro and Regional areas in Western Australia. You will also be responsible for achieving set individual and clinic KPIs while reporting directly to the sales and marketing manager.

I-MED Radiology Network is Australia and New Zealand's largest diagnostic imaging network, offering medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures.

Across Australia and New Zealand, we operate 240 clinics and perform approximately 7 million patient procedures each year, making us one of the largest providers of medical imaging in the world. With over 450 doctors and 4,000 staff actively sharing clinical knowledge and expertise, a consistently high level of service is assured across all clinics. Our extensive teleradiology operation supports over 2 million patients annually, providing 24/7 radiology reporting across Australia and New Zealand through I-TeleRAD, and expanding into the US with the 2024 acquisition of StatRad.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Forge New Connections**: Develop brand-new business relationships with referrers in the region, opening doors to new opportunities.
- **Nurture Existing Relationships**: Maintain and strengthen connections with our current referrers, ensuring ongoing support and collaboration.
- **Support and Educate**: Provide valuable resources and guidance to referrers, enhancing their ability to support patients effectively.
- **Patient-Centric Approach**: Ensure positive experiences for patients throughout their journey, liaising directly with referrers to drive excellent outcomes.
- **Strategic Growth**: Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase referrals and generate revenue, making a significant impact in the region.
- **Organisational Excellence**: High level of organisational skills to keep accurate records and provide insightful sales reports.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry is highly desired.
- **Proven Success**: Track record of achieving sales targets and fostering positive outcomes.
- **Business Acumen**: Demonstrated experience in acquiring new business accounts to drive sales growth.
- **Energetic Go-Getter**: Positive attitude, self-motivated, well-presented, and ambitious with a drive to achieve goals independently.
