We are recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team assisting with new projects & property management.
You will be responsible for anything from project/s administration, supporting the management team, general office duties and day to day management of the office.

Tabak Group established in 2011 are leaders in Commercial Property Development, with an integral involvement in design, construction, and management of commercial, office, and industrial properties. We are a largely independent and innovative Commercial Development company with an administration and building team. At Tabak Group we pride ourselves on delivering the best service and products to our clients by engaging a quality team.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Suppliers & Contractors
- Comparing Project Quotes
- Handling correspondence;
- Maintaining registers;
- General Administration & Office Duties;
- Assisting the project team as required;
- Property Management duties
About You:
- Be a team player with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability and experience in working in a busy team environment
- Good working knowledge of the Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to creatively problem solve and adapt
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work autonomously and within a team
- Extremely organised and not afraid to take on challenges.
Available to work 5 days per week Monday to Friday in our office located in Dandenong South.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dandenong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Property management: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
