**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the National Store Development Manager; performing a variety of administrative tasks and provide support across the planning and approval stages of the build and fit-out of Beaumont Tiles stores nationally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assisting in the preparation and/or follow-up of building approvals
- Coordinating orders and service requirements for store projects for on-time supply to meet project timelines
- Ensure store projects are progressing consistently with the Beaumont Tiles process, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Budget management
- Maintaining and monitoring display stock (element & tiles) against forecast build dates to ensure on-time supply
- Developing and maintaining sound relationships with key suppliers
- Issuing tenders requests and seeking works quotations
- Consolidating quotes and costs
- Basic estimating for tile orders & tiling materials orders

Requirements for the role:

- Possess building-related project assistant, administration, or coordination experience
- High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously
- Knowledge and experience working with building documentation - reading & interpreting construction plans, scope of works/requirements, and relevant approval processes
- A strong eye for detail
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel (intermediate to advanced) and MS Project (desirable) or other Gantt chart experience
- Understanding of AutoCAD (desirable)
- Confident, and professional with excellent interpersonal skill
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative
