The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join our team at our Dandenong South manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of IT projects spanning digital, applications, and infrastructure — driving transformation and supporting critical business functions.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with governance, quality, and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Develop business cases, risk assessments, and project initiation documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define scope and requirements.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and project plans through to delivery and closure.
  • Liaise with vendors, QA, and IT teams to ensure compliance with validation and quality standards.
  • Drive change management and embed mature project management practices.
  • Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders engaged.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering IT projects, ideally in manufacturing or other complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge across digital, applications, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with governance frameworks, validation processes (IQ/OQ), and quality-driven delivery.
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
