
Office Administrator

We are recruiting an experienced Office All Rounder/Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for anything from project administration, property management, property marketing, supporting the management team, general office duties and day to day management of the office.
**About Us**:
Tabak Group are leaders in Commercial Property Development, with an integral involvement in design, construction, and management of commercial, office, and industrial properties. We are an independent and innovative company with a small project and property management team.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with Suppliers & Contractors
- Arranging and comparing Project Quotes
- Handling correspondence;
- Maintaining registers
- General Administration & Office Duties;
- Preparing Procedure and Policies
- Managing Security Software and Programming
- Completing incoming and outgoing Condition Reports and finalising make good requirements with Tenants
- Upholding Tabak Group Values
- Assisting the project and property management team as required.
**About You**:
- Excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability and experience in working in a busy team environment
- Good working knowledge of the advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to creatively problem solve and adapt
- Confident and assertive
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work autonomously and within a team
- Extremely organised and not afraid to take on challenges.
Available to work 5 days per week Monday to Friday in our office located in Dandenong South.
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dandenong V, IC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
