Laundy Hotels are seeking a full-time Reservations Coordinator to support our Sales, Events & Reservations team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional first impression for all of our valued clients visiting or enquiring about one of our many iconic venues.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Reservations Coordinator at Laundy Hotels, you will be responsible for:
- Managing reservations, responding to correspondence and promoting special packages amongst other duties.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support, to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- Collaborating with clients and creating proposals tailored to their needs.
- Conducting research and collecting data to enhance our services.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving reservation processes, customer service protocols, and overall guest experience.
**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable.
- Can work professionally under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Dedication to ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
- Ability to work in a team that strives for success and excellence.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
- Knowledge of Ivvy and SevenRooms is advantageous.
Please note this role is in our Lane Cove office, from Wednesday to Sunday.
