**Location**: Brisbane, QLD.

**Project Coordinator, accountabilities will generally include**:

- Management and oversight of Project Governance Framework. Includes the provision of secretariat functions for the Project Control Group and Executive Steering Committees.
- Project documentation management. Includes preparing, and/or assisting in the preparation of, a suite of documents, including reports, PPT presentations, briefing notes, submissions and correspondence in accordance with departmental standards and program documentation management standards and formatting.
- Organising of meetings and workshops, including preparing, collating and disseminating consistently high quality and accurate paperwork and documents in a timely manner, such as agendas, minutes, management and performance reports; making room bookings and preparing the room prior to meetings; administering attendee lists; and secretariat support as required, to support the effectiveness of these meetings.
- Finance activities, including administering program expenditure, invoices, accounts receivable ensuring compliance with departmental financial standards and timeframes.
- Be responsive to ad-hoc requests for support, including escalating to ensure the efficient management of requests so that high priority and/or critical issues are immediately directed with accompanying relevant background information to the appropriate officer for action.
- Liaise with various levels of management and internal stakeholders and the Project team to further progress work tasks and/or activities being undertaken.
- Support the Project Team in the implementation of the master schedule program.
- Other program support duties as required.
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, finance or engineering desirable
- Experience in project controls and time/schedule management
- Experience in using project scheduling tools, MS Project, Primavera P6**,** Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Visio and MS Project.
- Understand and use Project performance indicators used to measure project progress (EVM, Success Probability Trends, Schedule KPI, etc).
- Prior experience preparing project performance reports by considering earned value, planned budget, actuals and accruals
