**About the organisation**:
This department’s portfolio extends to managing policy, legislation, and industry related to the resources and agricultural space withing Queensland. A large department with such a broad jurisdiction has the urgent need for an experienced transformation specialist to develop, implement, and manage the unique demands of a complex organisation.
**About the role**:
- Develop and deliver high quality strategic advice in line with organisational and project outcomes.
- Analyse and report on the department’s performance, identifying and addressing inefficiencies and process improvements
- Formulate and construct briefing documents and reports for publication and ministerial presentation.
- Communicate changes and issues identified within the project, ensuring that stakeholders are effectively engaged and communicated with cross various departments.
- Troubleshoot and manage complications or conflicts that arise through projects ensuring relationships are maintained and the departments strong commitment to change is upheld.
**About you**:
- You will have 2-3 years’ experience in HR transformation and/or relevant project management.
- You will deliver excellent communication, engagement, and project leadership skills
- You will have excellent written and verbal skills with demonstrated experience in formal briefing document writing.
- You will be confident in interpreting legislation and internal departmental documentation to support decision making processes.
