Six Degrees Executive partner with several Government departments within various locations for short

**Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Lead and undertake end to end procurement activities including procurement planning and documentation, evaluation and supplier negotiation, contract documentation, supplier arrangements.
- Provide timely, professional, and strategic procurement advice to clients, senior management and suppliers on procurement processes and practices as they relate to and are affected by legislation and policies, procedures, delegations, and guidelines.
- Drive and realise procurement outcomes and deliver savings and benefits through well managed strategic sourcing and contract management services.
- Perform and ensure appropriate category management and reporting is delivered.
- Overseeing procurement administration, such as the recording of purchases, storage, distribution transactions and contract execution.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**:

- Proven experience in contract managing complex Standing Offer Arrangements (SOA's) with experience preferably in a government.
- Develops and implements strategic sourcing strategies and documentation.
- Able to develop, tailor and implement procurement strategies and techniques to individual project context and needs.
- Manages and undertakes high level strategic sourcing projects and implements end-to-end strategic sourcing activities.
