Our Retail Pharmacy customer base has grown and continues to do so. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer relationships and create opportunities to provide value-based solutions. You will join and be an integral part of a high performing established team where collaboration, support and encouragement are at the forefront of what we do.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- To position Sandoz as the Best-in-Class sales force in the eyes of the customer, by providing best-in-class service.
- Networking, negotiating, and partnering with stakeholders in key Pharmacy Groups, gaining a deep understanding of customer challenges and opportunities.
- Responsible for contract retention and new business acquisition in allocated territory.
- Develop key account plans and organise work activities of self and others, driving account performance and achieving account goals according to approved principles and parameters.
- Achieves high knowledge level of Sandoz portfolio, our value proposition, internal processes, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with your Sandoz Pharmacy Business Consultants, and other internal cross-divisional stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high level communication skills and interpersonal savvy whilst maintaining a solution driven attitude and forward-thinking approach.
- Strong analytical skill and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
We’re looking for a tenacious and self-driven key account manager who is passionate and driven. Using your advanced communication and analytical skills, you will highlight product capabilities, manage objections, and close sales.
- Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or other relevant industry
- Consistent outstanding performer who has sold in a competitive environment with an understanding of the pharmacy environment.
- Demonstrated achievement in business-to-business or retail selling in a Pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Key Account Management experience in a multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage territories (targeting, profiling, productive frequency, call planning, business planning)
