We're now looking for a talented and experienced **Customer Service Guide **to join our PDx Operations Team.

Reporting to the **Operations Manager**, this role is about positively and proactively managing the customer’s experience and providing individual service to enhance their PDx journey.

You’ll be their point of contact from sales acceptance through to handover and as such, get to share in the excitement of their life-changing journey.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Facilitate the customer journey throughout all steps from Deposit to Site Start ensuring all specialised activities are delivered in line with the customer charter and procedures of purchase
- Facilitate all variations in partnership with the appropriate internal and external teams ensuring customer outcomes are achieved in line with the customer charter and company requirements
- Ensure customers are appropriately prepared for each key milestone along the new home build journey
- Read and interpret building and site plans
- Manage customer concerns with respect and empathy
- Present legal HIA contract and associated contractual documents to the client, as required
- Prepare clients to attend relevant signing appointments within the timeframes as per the Procedure of Purchase
- Maintain a strong knowledge of PDx products and processes and demonstrate initiative in identifying ways to increase knowledge

**Who we're looking for**:
You’ll be enthusiastic about all things customer service to ensure our customers are appropriately prepared for each key milestone along their new home-build journey. Ideally, you’ll possess the following:

- **Presite Journey Ownership** - run your world from start to finish, complete own sales accept, generate/publish own contracts, order own DA’s, Permits & drafting amendments, liaise with external stakeholders to get required outcomes.
- **Driven to achieve targets** - diligent & disciplined - can be competitive to achieve targets with themselves, to achieve team outcomes. Ability to zoom into the detail, and zoom back out for the bigger picture.
- Must have a strong work ethic, is a ‘go getter’.
- **Excellent time/task management ability** - manage a high volume of tasks within the portfolio, daily/weekly/monthly cadence. Looking for someone who enjoys the rhythm.
- P**rofessional, empathetic & balanced, customer advocate** - passion to connect with clients in their own individual way, understand them, educate and guide them. Bring them on the journey, make it simple and exciting
