**The Role**

We are looking for Customer Service Consultants to join our Contact Centre team. This is a permanent role working full time on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 8pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. Join us in this fast-paced role working in our call centre, playing a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our existing and prospective members.

This is predominantly a work from home role, however there will be a requirement to at times work in a retail store near you, in which case this will be discussed with you.

**What you will be doing**:
Utilising your experience to provide excellent customer service, your role will be to answer inbound calls from existing and prospective members. You would be helping with their health queries and providing advice on their policies.

Every call will be a unique experience, one moment you could be taking a customer through their insurance options and the next you’ll be discussing a range of offers available to them. There will be a variety of calls that you will be taking, with the opportunity to navigate different systems to support our customers with the information they need.

**About you**
- You are passionate, committed and driven to deliver exceptional and engaging customer service to our members
- You have proven experience in a Customer Service or Sales role
- You have the ability to quickly build rapport and convey empathy over the phone
- You have the ability to adapt and pick up new systems quickly
- You have a good degree of computer literacy and are comfortable navigating through several systems while assisting customers over the phone
- You will ideally have experience working towards KPIs and targets
