**About the Role**:
As the heartbeat of our operations, you'll be on the frontline, ensuring exceptional customer delivery and experience. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves managing the day-to-day service operations with sophistication and style that sets our client apart.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the primary point of contact for our customers and contractors.
- Oversee the onboarding process
- blowing our workers away with first impressions.
- Skillfully manage timesheet and payroll enquiries
- Educate and empower contractors on our cutting-edge systems and processes.
- Contribute to the excitement of new customer implementations.
- Tackle administration tasks, run customer reports, and maintain impeccable documentation.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with customers, contractors, internal teams, and external partners.

- Proven experience in customer service and coordination roles, preferably in a dynamic contractor-focused environment.
- A maestro in dealing with numerous stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - words matter
