**The Role**
We are looking for Customer Service Consultants to join our Contact Centre. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to work full time on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 8pm (AEDT) Monday to Friday. Join us in this fast-paced role working in our call centre, playing a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our existing and prospective members.
This is predominantly a work from home role, however there will be a requirement to attend a worksite to conduct work-related activities from time to time, in which case you would be provided with notice. You do also have the option to come into the office as often as you like for engagement and connection with your team.
**What you will be doing**:
Utilising your experience to provide excellent customer service, your role will be to answer inbound calls from existing and prospective members helping them with any queries they may have.
Every call will be a unique experience, one moment you could be taking a customer through their insurance options and the next you’ll be discussing a range of offers available to them. There will be a variety of calls that you will be taking, with the opportunity to navigate different systems to support our customers with the information they need.
**About you**
- You are passionate, committed and driven to deliver exceptional and engaging customer service to our members
- You have proven experience in a Customer Service or Sales role
- You have the ability to quickly build rapport and convey empathy over the phone
- You have the ability to adapt and pick up new systems quickly
- You have a good degree of computer literacy and are comfortable navigating through several systems while assisting customers over the phone
- You will ideally have experience working towards KPIs and targets
