Job Description Summary

Service Stream’s Corporate division are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our company.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support service via onsite (face-to-face) at some of Service Stream’s Melbourne Metropolitan sites as well as remotely for other sites across Australia
- Ensure that all related IT governance processes are being followed
- Ensure that timesheets are completed accurately against the assigned IT support tickets, and assigned project or agile delivery activities
- Assist in project activities including design, build, configuration, testing and support
- Be an escalation point for our Service Desk and management in regards to urgent requests relating to both technical and/or customer relations concerns
- Take ownership of problem incidents and to resolve or ongoing tickets and follow them through to completion.
- Actively participate in service improvement activities.
- Work with IT Leadership to develop and implement the EUC services strategy and roadmap.

About You

In addition to the above, we require an individual with:

- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manger (SCCM and InTune)
- Experience in using ServiceNow or equivalent service management systems is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop effective communication and relationships with internal technical staff, external contractors, suppliers, clients and stakeholders
- Experienced in the development and management of desktop SOE.
- Experienced in managing and maintaining Microsoft SCCM /Intune infrastructure in co-managed environment.
- Proficient and deep understanding on MS Active Directory including deploying, configuring, and managing GPOs.
- 2+ years as an EUC engineer in an enterprise environment.
