**About the role**

The Systems Support Analyst is part of our Mining Operations System team, which has carriage of all data captured on our sites. Reporting to the Mining Operations Systems Manager and based in our office at Brisbane’s South Bank precinct, this opportunity will see you draw on your keen analytical skills and love of sharing information.

In this role, you will:

- provide day to day support via our ticketing system to our users on site and in our corporate office
- develop and deliver training for new starters and to all users for product enhancement rollouts
- engage with users to understand their needs or problems, and tease out the relevant information to offer a solution
- liaise with our Dev Team to build, test and implement any modifications
- analyse our inbound data and how it is being utilitised to identify opportunities for improvements

**About You**

You will have a track record in training multidisciplinary groups, as well as generating supporting materials (ideally with a Train the Trainer (small groups) certification) and have the ability to demonstrate your understanding and capability as an Analyst, identifying process improvements and pain points.

You are naturally gifted when it comes to social skills, and possess the ability to engage with people on multiple levels and speak to them at their level of technical understanding.

You will need a current Queensland Drivers’ License, and be able to travel regionally to our sites 3-4 times a year and occasionally internationally to our overseas sites. You will also be required to complete and pass a medical, and have a valid passport or ability to obtain a valid passport.
