The opportunity
As a Customer Support Officer at QBE, you will provide end to end data processes for our clients, drawing on your exceptional customer service and data entry skills to achieve QBE's objectives.
As a Customer Support Officer at QBE, you will:
- Manage workload to ensure timely payment of accounts and compensation- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment- Accurately update new and existing records and documents ensuring the integrity of the data input into the system- Adopt processes for avoiding duplicate or erroneous payments- Process requests from various business areas accurately meet customer needs
