**The Opportunity**
Chandler Macleod is looking to engage a Customer Service Officer for a contract term of 6 months with a well-established NSW Government department. This role will be based in Parramatta with the option to work remotely.

**Pay**: $238.78 - $316.32 Daily + super

**Job Specification**
In this position, you will be required to perform but are not limited to the following tasks:

- Ensure accuracy of customer accounts by researching, identifying and correcting anomalies, including the processing of chargebacks
- Minimise the risk of customer debt by proactively monitoring accounts

**About You**
- To be successful in this position, you will need to have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience in the management of customer accounts in a high volume competitive and customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to process financial transactions efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of exceptional telephone-based customer service and support, including inbound and outbound servicing of customers in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to provide sound recommendations per policies and business rules.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the varying expectations of internal and external customers and stakeholders through effective use of interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate willingness to work flexibly and collaboratively in a high volume team-based environment.
