**About the Role**: As our Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for Suitor, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, helpful, and efficient. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and work closely with our fulfilment and marketing teams to optimise the customer journey. Your insights will help us refine our processes and exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with order tracking, sizing queries, and product information.
- Collaborate with the fulfilment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Support marketing initiatives by engaging with customers through social media and other channels.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

- E-commerce Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
