About the Role

This dynamic role combines creativity with sales, turning your ideas into products on shelves nationwide. As our
Customer Development Manager
, you'll drive product launches by partnering with customers, collaborating with internal teams, and leading projects from concept to market. You'll have the satisfaction of seeing your creations launched across Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth
    : Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue across new and existing accounts
  • Lead Innovation
    : Collaborate with our innovation team to design new products, respond to market trends, and deliver technical solutions
  • Manage Projects
    : Lead the entire journey from concept to national launch, building strong customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Focus on Commercial Success
    : Accelerate business growth through strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and smart pricing
  • Build Relationships
    : Develop strong partnerships with key accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Monitor the Market
    : Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain our competitive edge
