Zymus are a small privately owned Australasian based company, with head offices located in Auckland, and subsidiary company based in Sydney. Our company has been a leader in its field for more than 30 years. We are manufacturers, importers and exporters of food ingredients supplying B2B to food & beverage industry throughout Australasia. We transact on an international basis and are well established servicing NZL and AUST wide customers.
We are on the lookout for a **Customer Services Officer** who can think on their feet and is a natural problem solver to deliver great results while keeping the customer at the forefront. We are excited to be offering a full-time position working Monday-Friday on our site based in the Inner West of Sydney.
The role requires a professional who has exposure to working in a fast-paced environment in supply chain, purchasing and customer service-related roles. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fun and social team in a company that truly values their staff.
You will need to possess an intimate knowledge of the supply chain processes, superior customer service, have a proactive attitude and strong work ethic in ensuring successful outcomes. Your high level of professionalism, positivity, clear communication manner and sound listening skills will see you add value to this role.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will ensuring exceptional service in each interaction. Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you field a broad range of enquiries including stock availability, new orders, delivery enquiries, liaising with logistic and 3PL companies and so much more while ensuring this is conducted in an accurate and timely manner.
Communication methods will be varied and there will be strong focus on customer relationship management. You really will receive absolute job satisfaction if you are comfortable in a demanding and busy role.
As part of a small team, from time to time, warehouse assistance may be required including assistance with packing of orders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, maintained under pressure
- A high attention to detail, with the ability to self-check and work without supervision.
- A great telephone manner and rapport with people
- Experience with CRM system
**Salary**: $60.00 - $70.00 per year
