About role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our busy team

Duties

  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns to support sales goals, focusing on the construction and demolition sectors.
  • Advise executives on effective advertising strategies to reach key markets and promote Perfect Contracting's services.
  • Manage the production of advertising materials, including artwork, copywriting, and media placement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs in the construction industry.
  • Support business growth through the preparation and execution of targeted marketing programs.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and project goals

About you

To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate:

  • Experience of 2 years in the similar role together with formal qualifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Proficiency with content management systems
  • SEO and SEM knowledge
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
