**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a Capability & Growth Leader to join the Member Services team based in either Brisbane or Melborune.
As the Capability & Growth Leader, you will be responsible for growing the capability of the Contact Centre workforce via specialist training and coaching programs in line with industry best practice standards and Australian Retirement Trust's vision and strategy. In collaboration with the Manager - People & Capability, and People Leaders, the primary focus of this role is to grow the divisional people capability to ensure we continually raise the customer service standards and value we provide to our stakeholders, bringing high quality customer experiences to life through people leadership of a customer centric and outcome focused team. This is a people leadership role, where you will lead a team of 5 - 10 team members including specialist trainers and coaches.
This role is available as a **permanent/ full-time opportunity.**
We are flexible with location provided you can attend our Brisbane or Melbourne office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Demonstrated ability to develop business plans for a commercially oriented service delivery organisation and the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work and resources to meet goals and agreed quality standards.
- Strong experience in facilitating outcomes through stakeholder management and relationships.
- High degree of business acumen, with the ability to deliver within a changing environment and developing strategies.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment TAE 40116.
