About The Role
This is a strategic leadership opportunity with long-term impact. You'll support a team on its journey of growth, uplifting capability, strengthening collaboration, and embedding a culture of excellence across ART Life Operations.

With a remit that spans Claims and Underwriting enablement, you'll help evolve practices, broaden technical focus, and improve engagement with business stakeholders. This role offers the chance to build something enduring, with the support of a leadership team that values foresight, clarity, and collaboration.

Day To Day, You'll

  • Lead a team of Quality Assurance and Technical Specialists across Claims and Underwriting.
  • Coordinate quality assurance reviews and supporting the development and delivery of technical learning initiatives.
  • Oversee the operational implementation and refinement of the Underwriting Rules Engine (URE).
  • Foster strong partnerships and a collaborative culture to drive consistency and quality in team outputs.
  • Support ongoing improvement in Claims QA to enhance engagement, efficiency, and outcome delivery.
  • Enable Claims and Underwriting Technical Specialists to focus their expertise strategically to maximize value for the business.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and member-focused team culture.
  • Represent your team in operational forums and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

  • You have a sharp eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple priorities with focus and clarity.
