**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role will lead end-to-end capability development and culture programs, from creating strategy and consulting with business leaders to designing, developing, and delivering solutions.
This role is a Fixed-Term Full-Time (18 months), required to work five days per week to cover business requirements of a 37.5-hour week.

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
**Qualification/s and Experience**
- Essential_
- Tertiary qualifications (diploma or degree) in a relevant discipline or significant experience in Human Resources.
- High-level experience and demonstrated capability in human resources management, including performance and talent management, equity, diversity and inclusion, workforce and succession planning, organisational design and development, engagement, internal communications reward and recognition, leadership development, and culture strategies.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing cultural and organisational capability strategies and policies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Desirable_
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of Human Resources professionals.
- Demonstrable experience and capability in preparing high-level correspondence, reports briefing papers, presentations, and promotional material to stakeholders.
**Technical Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent interpersonal and internal stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Advanced communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Ability to deliver and continuously improve the organisation’s performance review strategies.
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in relation to contemporary human resources and organisational development priorities.
- Ability to be able to work both strategically and operationally.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with limited supervision.
- Attention to detail, resilience, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A current driver’s licence is essential.
**Your Leadership Contribution**
CCQ has a Leadership Capability Framework which outlines the necessary capabilities of leaders at different leadership levels: Executive (CEO and GMs), Senior Managers, Managers, and Frontline Managers (Team Leaders and Senior Coordinators).
