Permanent Receptionist, full time opportunity located in the south eastern suburbs | Lyndhurst
Your New Company Our client is a highly regarded and experienced operator in the insurance and maintenance space with a specialisation in strata-title projects including units and townhouses. Located in Melbourne’s South-East, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join this dynamic team and assist with the continuous growth of the organisation.

Your New Role
- Working alongside a friendly and supportive team of professionals, this role will involve assisting with daily administrative duties as well as acting as a focal point of contact.
- Situated at the front desk of the office, your new role will involve day-to-day tasks such as:

- Arranging quotations and job specifications
- Data entry of jobs and quote information Booking in inspection appointments
- Maintaining and updating of client details in the database
- Making client courtesy calls when required
- Other general administrative duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed
- Have proven experience in a similar role
- Ideally have prior experience in a Strata, Insurance, Building or Real Estate industry
- High levels of interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, trades and key stakeholders Strong focus on customer service, with excellent resolution-seeking capabilities
- Strong data entry skills and computer literacy, with the ability to learn new programs
- A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
- A friendly yet confident demeanour with the ability to learn new tasks
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
