**Your new role**

Due to increased workload, a fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Receptionist to join the organisation.

This role will commence in a temporary capacity with a strong view to permanency

This role will combine both Reception and administration duties, providing daily variety and the platform to utilise and grow your administration skills

Main duties will include:

- Answering all incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting incoming visitors
- Coordinating the daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating training courses and onsite events
- Booking meeting rooms and managing the pool cars
- Support the HR manager with ad hoc administration duties
- All adhoc administration as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need to have a warm and welcoming approach and have previous proven experience within a busy reception/administration role. You will also demonstrate your flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills. You will have a strong level of proficiency in MS Suite and adapt with ease to new systems. Your unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills will ensure your ability to engage with all stakeholders in a positive manner
