Sydney, Australia Relevance AI Full time

**About Us**

At Relevance AI, we’re building the future of work. Our mission is to enable the next doubling in human prosperity by delegating as much work as possible to an AI Workforce - a team of AI agents working together in a multi-agent system.

We are building an entirely new category and scaling rapidly to meet unprecedented customer demand. We need exceptional talent to help us grow. If you’re ready to be part of a trailblazing company that’s at the cutting edge of AI, this is the place for you.

**The Role**

Relevance AI is hiring a **Developer Community Manager** to grow and support our AI Agent platform’s community. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering an engaged developer community, nurturing partnerships, and driving user activation. Your primary focus will be on expanding our community through strategic programs, technical content, and direct engagement with AI builders.

You will work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to create valuable resources, facilitate discussions, and support developers in leveraging our AI platform. This is a pivotal role for our product growth, with a unique opportunity to shape how AI Agents are built and adopted at scale.

**Your impact**
- Develop and execute a community growth strategy, focusing on user engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, developer tools, and platforms.
- Create and run community programs, events, and initiatives that drive platform adoption and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the bridge between developers and internal teams, ensuring valuable feedback informs product improvements.
- Monitor, measure, and report on community health metrics and partnership outcomes to optimize engagement strategies.
- Help host community events, meetups, and tutorials to foster deeper connections and advocacy within the community.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong experience in developer relations or technical community management.
- Proven track record in building and managing technology partnerships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly in the context of AI Agents.
- Event management and community program development experience.
- Data-driven approach to measuring community health and partnership success.
- Passion for AI and experience engaging with technical communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit, GitHub, Twitter, etc.).

**Why Join Us?**
- Work at the forefront of AI with a nimble team that is constantly pushing boundaries. We encourage and celebrate ideas that drive our mission forward.
- We're guided by our five values: truth-seeking, be empathetic, put the customer first, have two gears, and build memories.
- We’ve set high standards in our high-trust environment—we hire exceptional people to do great work. In return, we reward our people with competitive salaries, unparalleled professional growth and career-defining opportunities.
- Relevance AI is well-funded by leading investors, including Insights Partners, Peak XV, and King River Capital.
- As an early team member, you’ll play a key role in shaping our future—including our culture, ways of working, and even the benefits we offer. We’re laying the foundations now, and your ideas can help define what comes next.
