**11 Month Contract**

**Pay: $670 - $775 / day + super**

**Location: Parramatta (Combination of Onsite/WFH)**

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the development and management of a stakeholder and communications during the Final Business Case process including:

- Develop the Stakeholder and Communications Management Plan to be used during the FBC activities.
- Develop the Stakeholder and Communications Management Plan to be used post-FBC activities.
- Development of a stakeholder map identifying all stakeholders, key issues and management activities.
- Coordinate all project team stakeholder interactions with utility providers, cross-government agencies and major land owners.
- Development of key messages and FAQs for the project.
- Authoring the stakeholder management and communications aspects for the Final Business Case.
- Manager customer research activities currently being undertaken by an external service provider.
- Identification and assessment of key risks and risk mitigation strategies including consideration of the need for early community and additional stakeholder consultation risks.
- Development of and management of a stakeholder communications register.

**Skills & Experience we are looking for**:

- Knowledge of the utility sector (water, power, gas, and/or telecommunications)
- Strong understanding of stakeholder and communications within a government and business case environment
- Project planning
- Project management
- Contract management
- Analytical, and adept in problem solving
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Ability to plan and prioritize and respond effectively to change
