We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Fleet Manager** to join our dynamic team at Penfold Motor Group. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of our fleet department. You will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our fleet business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability

**What the role entails**:

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the fleet department's performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and other fleet customers.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to identify opportunities for fleet sales and develop customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, fuel management, and budgeting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
- Valid driver's license.
