Sales Manager (Dermal/Aesthetic/ Retail Background)

Full-Time | Travel Required | Car/ Travel Allowance Provided

Good Union is a new business venture specializing in the medical aesthetic business aiming to supply the most fashionable and safe medical products in Australia. We are result-driven company and passionate in helping people to become beautiful, young and confident. We’re growing—and we’re on the lookout for a warm, confident, and open-minded Sales Manager to join our team.

Whether you’ve got a little sales experience or none at all, this is your opportunity to step into a hybrid role that blends with adventure, education, relationship-building and commercial growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Analyze the latest market trends, move of competitors, and consumer needs to develop effective marketing strategies
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans based on market research results to achieve business goals
- Design and implement various promotional activities, including advertising, sales promotion and public relations activities, to attract target customers
- Manage marketing budget to ensure funds are used effectively to achieve the best return on investment
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and analyze performance data to adjust and optimize strategies.
- Visiting customer around Australia to provide tailored support and drive product growth
- Onboarding and training for new customer - helping them to feel confident in utilizing our products
- Delivering hands-on education sessions, product training, and in-clinic workshops
- Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted partner to customers
- Supporting national events, conferences, and product launches

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
