Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager you will be assisting in the management of Sales Consultants. With a proven background in Automotive Sales, this is your chance to further your career in the motor industry with one of Australia's largest and growing automotive dealership groups.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the General Manager with day to day running of the business.
  • Motivate a driven and dynamic sales team.
  • Exceed volume and profitability targets.
  • Be an effective leader.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved daily.
  • Quickly and effectively address customer concerns.
  • Achieving weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assisting in the enforcement of our dealership processes.
  • Distributing customer leads amongst the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations which lead to effective sales outcomes and high rates of long-term customer retention.
  • Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
  • Managing customer enquiries, follow-ups, and concerns.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Automotive sales experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in a management role will be highly regarded.
  • Be analytical with the ability to drive a business.
  • The proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • The ability to develop and implement short- and longer-term plans.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of customer service.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • A high degree of professionalism.
